THE SCHEDULE WILL HAVE THE SIGN-UP LINK FOR THE DAYS AND SHIFTS NEEDED.

​​The Los Al Track & Field program needs you -- volunteers are vital to the program's success!  

Each parent/guardian is asked to volunteer at least once this season. 

​

There are many ways to help... at home meets you may assist with field events, help check-in athletes, or work in the Snack Shack or Griffin Gear booth.  No experience is necessary!  Coaches and seasoned volunteers work alongside you and will provide instruction.  If you are not able to help at meets, please consider donating food or beverages for the team pasta parties, hosting a pasta party, volunteering as a team photographer or videographer, helping with the team banquet, or organizing a team fundraiser.
